Gabbard rejects ex-KKK wizard’s endorsement for 2020 election

Anti-war American lawmaker, Tulsi Gabbard, has rejected a 2020 endorsement by David Duke, a founder and former grand wizard of the notorious Ku Klux Klan (KKK).

“I have strongly denounced David Duke’s hateful views and his so-called ‘support’ multiple times in the past, and reject his support,” said the first Hindu member of US Congress in a statement to The Hill on Tuesday.

The Hawaii representative was endorsed by Duke on Twitter

“Tulsi Gabbard in 2020. Finally, a candidate for president who will really put America First?” he tweeted Monday.
